The HE4DS Education program

The HE4DS Education Program is an immersive online training for professionals in the field of dance: dancers, coaches, medical professionals and dance school owners.

🚀 Here, we bring the essential learnings from over 20 years of work, research and exchange with dancers and medical professionals together to break it down and teach it to you. We believe, that this is the most sustainable way to make the dance world better, healthier and even more professional.

💪With two immersive courses – the HE4DS Trainer and the HE4DS Detective – we are laying the foundation for a new generation of health-conscious dance and medical professionals. Practical, understandable. By dancers, for dancers.

👩‍👩‍👧‍👧YOUR CREW: Hi, we are HE4DS. As dancers, researchers and therapists, we are on a mission to find the method for dancers that REALLY works. We’ve dug through books, conducted studies, danced professionally ourselves for decades, tested everything on dancers, and in the end created the HE4DS Method. The tools of this method that we give you at camp deliver results!
