The HE4DS Mentoring includes:
- 4 weeks of continuous mentoring with your assigned HE4DS coach through our platform
- a total of 6 hours live-online sessions with your HE4DS coach
- a COMPLETE body-check
- a training plan, homework exercises, tons of useful knowledge for any #dancegoal
